Couldn’t finish
Stories seemed good but I couldn’t continue listening as the narration began to wear me down sadly. Not often that I can’t finish a story, even if I am not totally enjoying it. I gave it a good crack, listening over 60%. This one is not for me.

Books are good - just not Freya’s accent…(!)
Pretty good, but ‘Freya’s’ accent kept putting me off and taking me out of the story line…
If you’re going to add an accent when reading to create a character from a different country, PLEASE do some research into what their accent ACTUALLY sound like.
Norwegians do NOT have German accents. Think, rather, Oaken (the owner of Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna) from Frozen. THAT is a Norwegian accent :)

Alessa was able to mix this story with just the right amount of passion, talk, drama, action and comedy..
I fell in love with all the characters and the joined brotherly love..
Michelle Sparks is definitely one of my favourite narrators and Lucas was great aswell.

just read the same story thrice over
it's literally the same story line for all three books. the world/ universe created was alright. characters were alright. everything was numbingly predictable. no thrill or excitement for the "plot twists" because I was gagging on how predictable it was. it's the novel equivalent of the pizza guy turning up in a porn movie. speaking of porn, the hot scenes were written really well.
