Nothing really stood out, really boring.

It was so dragged out and very minimal excitement like dungeons, questing like there was that little bit in the first book, after that it's just political and kiss ass. It had so very much potential if action was added. Also he keeps saying the skill levels are going up, no idea why he tells us as he rearly does anything.
