Loving this but…
I can’t even tell you what I’m listening to. I have such an amazing deep sleep that I fall into quickly after pressing play. I wake up feeling like I’ve had an extra restorative sleep. My only gripe is I wish there was a contents list available to quickly identify whichever mediation you choose. Today I’m going to have to listen to the whole thing and take note of start and end times. Until now I’ve just hit go on the last chapter. It’s so good though!

half hypnosis half music
it's 3 chapters and in each chapter you get about 40min hypnosis intersected with music then 20 minutes of music no suggestion in there. it's helping me sleep but not at all with weight lose or motivation and I've listened everyday for over a month
