Worst book ever, don’t waste your time/money
Don’t get this book. If you’re interested at all about adhd get any other book. Plenty of other good resources.
The narrator skips all over the place, maybe it’s bad editing. They keep going over the same point without any further information, just repeat the same sentence, I thought I had bum-skipped the chapter or something.
There’s constant music in the background so you can’t hear properly.
The narrator doesn’t speak clearly and no offence intended but English isn’t their strong point and it’s baffling as to why they are a narrator at all.
There’s nothing educational in here so far, and doesn’t promise anything related to science so I’m giving up after only making it into the second chapter as my ears couldn’t stop bleeding.
Look instead for titles from Russel Barkley and Ed Hallowell, also Madeline Holden, Mary Richey.
I can’t believe I wasted a credit on this.
This should be deleted from audible and the world so no one has to suffer such a dreadful time, especially if they are interested in learning about the subject.
