About this listen

I'm human. They're not. I'm afraid. They're not.

We're mated. We're whole. And together, we're going to change the Pack forever.

Violence thrust me into this world. My past defined me. I was on the run, constantly evading an adolescence loaded with heartbreak and fear. And then the end came. But with it, I found a new beginning.

Three mates, three alphas, all mine, to have and to hold. Their protection gives me a future, and their love gives me wings. But the best intentions can still lead us to hell. For the first time in my life, I have a future worth fighting for. Only, that doesn't take away my living demons. When they come for me, which they will, I'm no longer alone.

Can I survive if fate has given me an expiration date that I avoided a decade ago?

This is the story of Ethan, Austin, Eli all alpha male wolves and Sabina a newly changed into a wolf female. Oh yes what a story this is full of adult concepts, mystery, betrayal, loyalty, magic and an all consuming love, lust for three men of the one woman who will change their lives forever. Refreshing to come across a heroine who accepts her fate without screaming and kicking and goes all in for her men. Well who could blame her I’d be all in for three scorching hot men who would want me and no other too. I highly recommend this story as it kept me glued to it from start to finish.

Brilliant

Not too badly written. There were only 5-10 spots where I got lost in the plot or didn’t feel like keep listening.

Pretty good for a free read.

If I was into furry porn id probably give it 5 stars.
Didnt finish when it got to the furry porn section. Just wasn’t my stuff.

Alto I liked all the characters written in this story, perhaps it was just the genre, I couldn't really get my teeth into properly.
At times I found part of the story very long winded and just want it to get on with it. not sure whether I'll get the second book, I'm curious to see where the goes, as the ending interest me more than the rest of the book

Wanted to really enjoy this

First paranormal romance and I totally dug it. Romance full stop, more or less paranormal romance, is a genre that’s all new to me and I have to say that this book grabbed my attention from the beginning, and held it until the end of the second book. I enjoyed the balance between all elements - the story, the characters, the romance, the inner world/psychologies of the characters, the sex scenes, the action and oh my god I cannot express strongly enough how refreshing it was to deal with emotionally mature characters - females who didn’t freak out, resist their ‘fate’, doubt their abilities, worthiness or sexuality; and men who embodied a delicious mix of masculine energie’d strength, love, lust AND vulnerability. I maaaaiiiiyyy have listened to too many YA books thanks to my being a bit lazy and in following audible suggestions recently, so thank you Serena Akeroyd for showing up in my suggestions but presenting mature and adult landscapes on all levels.

In my humble and subjective experience, the narrators did an impressive job. I loved each of their ‘natural’ voices which felt perfectly masculine and feminine to my ears and experienced not even one moment of irritation at their performance or depiction of the different characters (rare for me).

It was a pleasure to have just thoroughly enjoyed listening and sharing in/ moving through the inner worlds and perspectives of the whole cast of main characters. I so appreciate this way of sharing stories - rather than one person, one perspective - being able to engage with a variety of perspectives. I jumped straight into the second book after the first one pressed pause on my life for the night and day it took me to listen to it, and will be enjoying the anticipation build between the end of book 2 and the release of the third book.

Thoroughly enjoyable!!
