When Jake tells Lyssa it's not working, she knows he's not talking about the toaster. Her immediate reaction is to sob into her pillow and wait for Jake to come to his senses. Made me want to see Nepal!
I liked the storyline and the images of Nepal were great but Julia Barrie’s narration was a bit off putting. I rate this as one of Carole Matthews best.

An enjoyable read
A cleverly written story that made me giggle out loud in parts which was a nice balance to the sad bits; the story line wasn't as predictable as you might originally think. The mixed American accent had me cringing a bit unfortunately. But overall a good book.

Not Carole Mathews best
I enjoyed this book but I’ve read better books by this author. The narrator was great at the British accents but her American accent was terrible. I can imagine it really grating on some people.

Dont know which one was worse the story or the Nar
