Great Book. No PDF.
It sounded like there should have been a downloadable PDF to go with it, as it was spoken about in the audio book. It's kind of disappointing that it is nowhere to be found. Other than that the content of the book as well as narration were both on point.

A nuanced approach to eating in the modern world.
Deals with why we struggle so much with eating habits, mainly due to today's highly cocaine like food environment and offers sound advice on how to approach these issues.

Boring
Personally, I didnt really find any structure to this book. It seemed to waffle a lot. I learnt nothing and found that it was bordering on lecturing to me. Not satisfying at all.

No PDF
The book refers to a PDF but there is none attached. It is hard to follow the instructions without a PDF to refer to .
