Strange storyline that omitted a lot of the story

I felt that there were a lot of gaps in the story and needed a lot more world building. The relationships didn’t develop and no chemistry built. The narrator also didn’t have enough character voice changes and was not a very flowy narration. Overall a disappointing read and won’t be continuing with the story
