Born in Sheffield, Will completed a BA in Economics and Politics at Brighton University and worked as a counter-terrorism officer for the UK Foreign Office before moving to the US to do an MBA at Harvard Business School in 2007.
During his time there, Will approached friend and business partner Guy Livingstone with a new idea, and together they co-created the concept of Tough Mudder.
