About the Creator

Awesome fantastical story

I read this novel when it first came out on Amazon. I'm a fan of the Rock Chick audible books but not many others of Kristen Ashley's as I'm not a fan of the narrators. Tilly Hooper however is perfect!

Attitude, Humor and Heart

I wondered if the grit, heart and humor that is Kristen Ashley's writing would translate into fantasy land, or get lost in bizarre. It does translate and it doesn't get lost. I liked the contrast between worlds, it makes for tension and humor and Kristen Ashley does both of these superbly.

An Adult Fairytale - wonderfully fun!

The story was fun, giving a real warm and fuzzy feeling whilst listening. Ms Hooper narrated superbly, although making too big of a deal of the letter 'r' in 'arse' (that grated a little, but only a small thing in the scheme of things).
Whilst I was fairly convinced there would be a HEA in this winter wonderland princess story, it was very enjoyable to see the twists and turns that Ms Ashley could bring in, to make the story both 'believable' and interesting.
Thanks for a great book.

Best Kristen Ashley narrator by far

Tillie Hooper does a fantastic job. Kristen' work is an acquired taste no doubt, she has her own rhythm (mad long sentences, repetitive thoughts). This narrator is the first I've heard to make it sound natural.

good

Overall this book was enjoyable and kept me reading, a little too much sex/graphic scenes, don't really need that much info thanks. Performance was good, didn't think there needed to be so much put on with Fray Drakkars voice, but maybe that's just personal taste. Story was good but the last 3-5 chapters felt rushed and almost like a quick lazy finish, like there were parts of the story missing, so that was disappointing. but it was enjoyable enough :)

Novel storyline - loved it!!!

Loved the story, characters and intricate plot and future path for other stories. Struggled with the male voices as some of the worst I've heard! Story saved it from being too distracting though! Would recommend for sure.
