Gangster style crime thriller
I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the characters and twists and turns. I thought the narrator, Annie, for this story with her polished ‘East Ender’ accent was perfect - would not have been the same in ‘BBC English’.

Excellent voice actor too!
Sorry in my last review titled “Wicked!” I forgot to add that with audio books the main reason I listen to any really is the voice actors… an amazing book with a poor voice actor isn’t worth my time… but this voice actor is bloody brilliant! So consistent too… does credit to the author that’s for sure!

Involved tangled web
What a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive. Love the accents and turn of phrase. It seemed so natural. The plot was involved and interesting. 👍
