Won't say much but this has everything. Jennifer is such a great author.
performance is amazing too. If you're looking for romance, drama, fae, comedy too this is the audiobook for you

loved 😍 the Characters !!
I love Jennifer L Armentrout as an author. This is very obviously the 1st book she ever wrote. There's not as much depth to it as all her other books. The characters are gorgeous but the world building is lack luster. I also think a different narrator would make a world of difference. She can't do male voices, or accents and her attempt at Tinks voice (a little winged male fairy) is cringe worthy . As always Jen is brilliant at her descriptive bedroom scenes, oh lordy!! I am going to continue and purchase the next book in the series, I'm 🙏praying and 🤞 hoping Jennifer has learnt alot since book 1 because I know how great an aurhor she becomes so lets hope its by book 2 and fingers crossed 🤞 that the narrator has improved or better yet Jennifer enployed a better one!!

Not Armentrout's best
After reading the Blood and Ash series, this doesn't come close. I'm a bit disappointed to me honest. I won't be continuing this series. pretty lackluster.

Cheesy and predictable but...
it's actually quite good. the performance was top notch. the writing in some chapters however felt very cheesy and repetitive. it kept breaking the immersion for me when one key word was said 20 times in the span of 15 minutes. other than that, I really enjoyed it. the spicy scenes were very good as well 🙌🏾

Similar but different paranormal
Different type of storyline as far as paranormal romance goes.
The Narration is great which also helps with keeping you interested.
I'd call it easy listning so to speak, I've enjoyed it so far so will see what book 2 is like.
