Really easy to follow help for better living

Best book on mental health I have ever come across. You NEED to read this book. Dr Julie is amazing and has reached out to millions of people and I am certain has changed millions of lives. Thank you Dr Julie, from the bottom of my heart.

Awesome toolkit for managing modern day living

I was so impressed by this audiobook that I bought the hardcopy as well!
I really liked the straightforward and personal manner in how this book was narrated by the author.
I'll definitely be using it as a guide now and in the future!

Great if you're not five years into therapy!

This is an excellent, explicit, a-ha moment-ful guide that is 100% worth reading if you are at the beginning or early middle of your journal. If you've been engaging with DBT or CBT for a while, it is still incredibly useful for revision, but is unlikely to tell you anything new.
