YOU NEED TO READ/LISTEN TO THIS!!

Love it love it love it!! Love his voice, love the analysis and examples. I quit smoking in just a day by listening to this. I finished this book twice in 10 days. I have done so much in these 10 days more than I have ever done in 6 months. My depressed and anxiety are less frequent! Thank you for this book. Can’t recommend this enough!

Other people's concepts and ideas tied up in a bow

This is basically just a book of quotes, referenced neuropsychology (The Brain That Changes Itself, an excellent book), and elements of other books like The Secret, rolled into one. It sounds like a bunch of 'I know it all, just do what I do'' without the author having any experience himself in psychology, science, tertiary study or counselling.
I liked the first ten minutes and the author's honesty about his former drug addiction, that read like a diary of self reflection. I think it is great that he has reportedly overcome this, but the knowledge base for this book is researched from other popular texts and that is too obvious, and in my opinion, borderline plagiarism.
