My favourite book of Dresden Series
Well paced, complex storyline, brilliant characterisations, with s symphony of suspense and humour.

dresden is a rippa
all of it is first rate story telling tbh, Harry is hilarious, every side character has awesome depth without stealing from Harry's limelight at all - its masterful

Why can’t James Marsters learn to pronounce words?
Niche pronounced “nitch”; penchant pronounced “penn-chant” and others ... this detracts from the quality of good writing and narration. After a while, annoyance overcomes enjoyment.

Decent but not as good as other DF books.
Found this one to be duller than others. Ending was a bit soft but it had it's moments, solid addition to the series.

These books are like chicken soup for the soul.
Love the whole series Jim butcher and James Masters are a team to be reckoned with! His story telling doesn't disappoint.
