About this listen
Hi, I'm Alexis Delaney. I'm your average 17-year-old girl. Except I can see the dead. And talk to the dead and help them move on. So...okay, I'm not your average 17-year-old girl. The Veil is still shut. Which means the dead can't move on, not on their own. Through my Link to the Veil, I've been able to start helping souls to cross. The Veil is changing, healing. Like I am.
Since I came home from the hospital, I've been hiding behind my best friends. That's about to change. I want my life back. I'm ready to get back to normal. Then Sophie, the twins' little sister, tells me she's ready to cross over. Ethan pulled her back, and now it was time to face it. I have to tell Ethan and Isaac their sister's soul is in their house. What the hell am I going to say?

Fantastic book as always.
Fantastic development to the series. I have not one thing to critique. Maybe it being too short.... But even then there's still two more books for me to read and one more due out soon so not even that is a complaint!!

AMAZING Insight!!
I absolutely loved this book! It was an amazing fourth book. I especially loved how the author added more perspectives from the boys and how it showed all their feelings. One of my favourite parts of course was the romance, although Ethan does get quite frustrating near the end when he lies. I felt like the boys were better shown with their emotions and thoughts due to the extra view points and loved this, I especially loved the view point from Zeke. Zeke is one of those characters that is occasionally a mystery until you get a view into his mind and see how he thinks, I love though that Lexi is able to read most of the emotions coming off the boys - of course that said, she is absolutely hopeless with realising their feelings for her, even when they kiss her or look at her a certain way, or hell, almost kiss her. Of course, with this whole series so far I continuously found myself caught up in the emotions of the book and loved it. BL Brunnemer is an amazing author and I can’t wait to read the next book. Full marks from me again. I LOVED IT!!!!!
