Gave me the answers and tools I needed
This book gave a great perspective on bipolar.
It educated me on the illness and gave me helpful tools and different ways of thinking about an episode.
Very helpful. Wish I had read it sooner

Great information
I knew very little about bipolar disorder when my partner was recently diagnosed. This book has helped me understand my role moving forward and how I can best support my partner and myself through the challenging times.
