I had really high hopes for this book. I had listened to some of the authors interviews on YouTube and found her to be very interesting. However, I found the reading of this book very hard to listen to. Also a lot of over the top descriptions of emotions. I really did not enjoy this book. First 2 chapters were ok then gets incredibly boring. But the author was right about one thing this is not a self-help book if you’re getting this book like I did to try to help with anxiety and panic disorder, this is not the book.
