This book will change your life.
While listening many things became clear it was like he made this book for me. Really makes total sence and you realise everything is a lie.
I grew up eating cereal and would itch like crazy using my shirt. I never knew what it was until now.

I've backed off wheat and now realise how important it is to try and eradicate it from my diet as I feel so much better when wheat free. a must read for anyone that wants to be healthy

The book is a crock of nonsense
The narrator was great, but the book doesn't seem to make scientific sense. The idea of wheat and gluten causing the issues described isn't supported in the literature.
