I Feel Seen

Fantastic to hear so many of my own experiences and insights reflected in Jaime’s tome on Creative Directorship. While there were many times I wanted to yell in spirited disagreement - like who puts the strategy as an appendix at the end of a pitch? - that’s your key to getting them nodding from the start - there were plenty of moments of true nexus - based in no small part in our shared musical background. Ten points for the insight of always playing with people who are better than you. As noted, you get better by osmosis. In summary, an on point, and easily digestible MasterClass for a discipline that isn’t usually addressed like this.
