Good book on healthy eating

Book covers many different topics/ scenarios and shows what you can eat for each, like what to eat when breastfeeding, when pregnant, for heart health, for healthy lungs, when exercising etc

Good info

this is a good first diet book it has some good info and tips and is narrated well.
If you have read few diet/health books before than you won't find anything new here, yet it conveys some good research findings especially for time restricted eating patterns

Your body will thank you

Upon stumbling upon this book, l knew l was in for a treat, even though a lot of the do's and don'ts l already knew. There was still a wealth of information that l learnt about. This is a no nonsense approach to eating what, when. If you want to live longer and prevent disease, then l recommend this book. Enjoy

Don't bother reading this book

First chapter mentioned Dr Oz.
He is more about self promotion and media hype, with the facts coming in a poor second place.

Following that, saturated fat is bad for you.
Outdated information, sounds like the 80's are still going strong.

I threw the book in the digital garbage bin.

lots of much better information out there, save your time and give this one a miss
