**** Absolutely BRILLIANT ****
This book is excellent on multiple levels.
Yes it gives practical advice and shares methods to assist with decluttering but even more importantly, it explains why we hang onto things, relationships, , thoughts and memories that no longer necessarily serve us.
I cannot praise this more highly.

This Got Me Thinking....
I always have alot of trouble deciding what I need to keep and what to let go of. The narrator was clear and easy to follow and the ideas put forth make for a common sense approach to clearing out your house. Very enjoyable read.
