Publisher's Summary
A remote inn. A bad storm. My millionaire boss. And me.How did I get here, you ask? I took a job as Will Hale’s assistant. Will is the rich genius who manages the rock band the Road Kings. Working with rock stars is the coolest job I've ever had.
Will is oblivious to the fact that I’ve had a crush on him from the moment we met. Too bad he’s so smart he’s clueless, because everything he does makes me swoon. He doesn’t seem to notice. Except for that one time… But we don’t talk about that.
I can’t take the pining anymore, so I quit - on the same night we’re trapped in a storm at my family’s inn. It could have been awkward. But instead…maybe Will isn’t so clueless, after all.

Story not as good as rest in the series. Great narration
Firstly, the narration was very good- especially Blake Lockheart, who I'll seek out again.
I've now listened to all this series but found this one got very irritating at times. The heroine doesn't deal with her family, who are ridiculously overprotective and invasive. Rather, the hero keeps accomodating them so he'll fit in. Neither was mature or healthy ways to behave for 30 -somethings. The heroine herself could be immature in other ways too.
The rock group the series is centred around seemed more immature as well as flirting with the heroine when they were in committed relationships. They hadn't had these personality attributes in other titles in the series.
The romance between the hero and heroine was good and connected when it happened though.
I gave this a three stars overall but those are mostly due to the narrators.
