All killer, no filler
So many business/improvement books can be summarised in a short blog post or an infographic. This is the exception. So much gold in this one. An immediate re-listen as soon as I finished. If you need to influence in your life or profession, get this!

Easy to implement
This book has easy to understand strategies and even easier to implement. Marshall lays out simple steps to improve your leadership. He has included some great stories and case studies to help you understand what you need to do

Good messages, incredibly arrogant
Agree with most of the messages from the authors but they can’t be more arrogant. Makes the book almost unbearable
