a fun listen
I struggled a little at the start but got used to the style of story pretty quickly. Would recommend for sure

amazing
this series is amazing. action packed, good story and a plot that continues through with a good, different pay-off from most other zombie stories. characters and acting is great. I listen to books and music all day at work, and the sound in this is fantastic, especially over my car stereo. I would highly recommend listening on a good stereo. the only down side is that on rare occasions I couldn't hear some of the dialogue, like when they are talking over a radio, but this was very rare and didn't really affect my experience. all in all, this is a fantastic series, with a fantastic story.

Listen to this. You won't regret it.
Look man... I read and listen to alot of trashy zombie books and this is NOT one of them. The story is gripping and unusual. The characters feel real and imperfect lacking the cleshay hero complex so many from this genre gift their protagonists.
The voice acting is supurb and feels very movie like including the sound effects that add a chilling and explosive atmosphere.

glad i kept to it
it was good, i struggled at first. i was told to listen to this after listening to impact winter. Im not big on stories about zombies but it was pretty good. I don't know if I'd continue on with the series but if i had nothing else capturing me I'd go back to listening to the others

Well acted, poorly written
The characters are highly ignorant. They lack both common sense and common knowledge. They have thick plot armour granting them immunity from death in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. 99% of the world dies in a day and these idiots stay alive for weeks.
Two side characters die in the season climax. No one dies before then. Certainly no one of consequence. Is this an issue where the writer doesn’t want to change voice actors?
