Action Packed
Book 3 of the Broken Lands.
Lived up to my expectations. The Authors writing is excellent, follows directly from book 2 (this is not a stand alone series ). The narration is well done, and I completely recommend.

vexing...
The narrator gave me fits with very flat performance that was suddenly vibrant during dialogue. back and forth between flat and animated... Perhaps it's deliberately like that, I don't know. I got used to it and ultimately it didn't make me enjoy the book less. But it never quite stopped being noticeable.
The story and characters was brilliant. Loved every word.
