About this listen

This is a short book of poetry that was born out of the strangest corners of my mind. It is a cesspool of uncomfortable imagery and frank introspection. Some of the ideas go to dark places that only a select group of people might relate to. I myself have felt like a completely different person when coming up with a lot of the material.

My goal with this book was not to make it as accessible as possible, but rather give you a glimpse into the potential our minds possess to hit rock bottom. This is a look at where my head has been for the last few years of my adult life.

The one thing I hope you take away from these poems is the fact that the selfish, lonely, twisted, and malicious parts of ourselves deserve to be treated with just as much candor as the goodness we so eagerly display.
