About this listen

Are you taking calcium or vitamin D? This book could save your life!

Learn the secret to avoiding osteoporosis and heart disease. Millions of people take calcium and Vitamin D supplements thinking they're helping their bones. The truth is, without the addition of Vitamin K2, such a health regimen could prove dangerous. Without Vitamin K2, the body cannot direct calcium to the bones where it's needed; instead, the calcium resides in soft tissue, like the arteries, leading to a combination of osteoporosis and atherosclerosis, or the dreaded "calcium paradox".

This is the first book to reveal how universal a Vitamin K2 deficiency is and the risk (in the form of cancer and diabetes, among other ailments) that the absence of Vitamin K2 poses. Written by Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue, a popular health expert on Canadian television and radio, Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox sounds a warning about the popularity of the calcium and Vitamin D craze, while illustrating the enormous health benefits of Vitamin K2 in making the body less susceptible to dental cavities, heart disease, prostate cancer, liver cancer, diabetes, wrinkles, obesity, varicose veins, and other ailments.

Vitamin k2 Stopped severe aortic stenosis

thank you. dad has been for a year on this vitamin in high doses 1 gram per day of k2 m7 as well as high does of k2 m4, with 1000 micrograms vit d. and it has stopped the progression of his calcified aortic valve. 6 months ago the cardiologist said he would need surgery now. But the condition has not got worse so he doesnt need surgery yet. the radiologist now calls it stable aortic stenosis. that with regular exercise and a vegan organic diet. no animal products at all. it reduces blood flow by 50 percent. not something you want if you heart disease or want longevity. Dad is 91, looks healthier than ever. cardiologists are denying test results of echocardiograms. They cant believe the results. i think he might be vitamin a deficient and he will now supplement with that to see if we can improve the problem. Dave Asprey has a supplement with all k vitamins, vitamin d an a altogether called Bulletoroof A D K. So hard to find information on this subject. i love my dad and want to help him and prevent surgery which is so risky at this age.Thank you so much for this book.
