Disjointed but great narrator

The narrator was what kept me listening to this book, not the story, which was more like loads of short stories. It made things disjointed, and they often lacked any depth. The author would touch on something big and it would be skimmed over Or something would happen out of the blue then never be resolved. Fairly disappointed in this book.
