About this listen
This ranks as one of the best books available about the Vietnam War from an ordinary soldier's point of view. A must read book. Here, the author has captured the essence of that experience and unique time in our history.

Great story poorly told
lots of repetition with little belief in the readers knowledge of acronyms or the ability to remember them. worth the effort in the end but doesn't sit with many other Vietnam War biographies.
