About this listen
Verbal Poker Tells is the follow-up to Zachary Elwood's acclaimed book Reading Poker Tells.
When poker players talk, they sometimes reveal information about their hands. Verbal Poker Tells describes the most common and reliable verbal patterns poker players have. More importantly, it gives you a framework for thinking about and analyzing verbal behavior at the poker table. The author analyzes many real poker hands: some from televised poker shows such as The World Series of Poker, Poker After Dark, and High Stakes Poker, some played by the author, and some submitted by other players.

Too Good
This book is so good I guarantee it will pay for itself many times over with money won/saved at the tables. I didn't want to review this book because it's better for me if no one knows about this gem! That wouldn't be fair though would it! Great book Zachary thankyou. I will have to go through it again multiple times to try and retain the wealth of information and insight you provide.

Great motivation to pay more attention
Interesting, well structured information that adds another dimension to the game. The unexpected value found in this book is in the extra motivation to pay more attention at the table when in and out of hands effortlessly, as there is now more to be interested in.
