The story of the last two Housecarls from Harold Godwinson's army who, forced from England by the Normans, journey down the Russian rivers to join the Varangian Guard where they fight, once more the Normans from Italy. brilliant

Saul takes some getting used to but he was the perfect narrator for this...i didn't realise i should've listened to this before the Anarchy series but it really doesn't matter...it still makes everything fall into place.
