About this listen
The Valley of Silence is a forbidding place for the battle of all battles, but the circle continues to prepare, through magic and a few early stakeouts that test their strength individually and as a team.
Moira finds herself playing the roles of warrior and royal as she follows the tradition of her people and prepares to take the crown before leading them into battle. And if that isn't enough, she finds her thoughts turning to Cian more often than not.
So what's a chaste and intelligent young woman to do when given less than a month with the man she loves, who's not a man, but a vampire? And how will the people of Geall fare against an army of blood-thirsty vampires who have had centuries to prepare?
Complete the circle: listen to all three books in Nora Roberts' Circle Trilogy, including Book 1, Morrigan's Cross, and Book 2, Dance of the Gods.©2006 Nora Roberts (P)2006 Brilliance AudioCritic Reviews
"Dick Hill's narration gives further evidence why he is an AudioFile Golden Voice and Audie winner. Even if you're not a fan of this genre, Hill does such a convincing job as each character that one cannot help but be entertained by this action-packed tale of good versus evil." ( AudioFile)

Narrator did not do the Irish accents justice.
AUDIBLE REVIEW
Narrator did not do the Irish accents justice.
I was looking forward to listening to this series but unfortunately the narrator’s attempt at the Irish accent was so off-putting.
I did persevere but was concentrating more on the words that the inflections. A real pity.
BOOK REVIEW
One of my favourite trilogies, in my top five by this author and enjoyable to reread anytime.
I own both the paperback and kindle version of this series.
Another enthralling story from Ms Robert’s that gives you a great mix of characters, an entertaining and gripping plot that spans time and place.
This is about the fifth time of reading this series, the first time I had to wait impatiently for the next book to come out and nowadays I love not having to wait for the next instalment.
If you like to escape to a fantasy world of vampires, witches, Fae and those with special powers. Where a goddess protects and charges some to fight, where good versus evil, then you will enjoy this book.
The story continues throughout the three books with each book focusing on a couple.
No matter how many times I read these, I still get wet eyed and emotional at the end of this book.
In this final book we get the culmination of all that has gone on before, with the battle of good versus evil.
Some friends are lost once again but the ending is superb.
I have reviewed these books previously but they seem to disappear when done from the back of a book. No hardship at all to reread.

I loved the way everyone participated in making it happen. The way each one had a part... uniquely their own.

exceptional narration
A fantastic trilogy but each book contains an amazing story, superb characters and Dick Hills narration is as perfect as his Jack Reacher and Nathan McBride interpretations. These books are definitely in my forever favourites.

Good Story Bad recording
The series is good bad and the narrator does a good job with the different voices but the volume raises and drops so dramatically you either can't hear it or it blasts your ears. bad recording of the books. No volume control at all.
