You don’t need to lose a leg to have PTSD
I loved this but dear god somebody take Logan to therapy! Avoidance and guilt is classic PTSD and seeing somebody you love broken and bleeding is horribly traumatic regardless of circumstance.
If you relate strongly to Logan please consider speaking to a trauma therapist 🙏🏽

Great story well narrated
I enjoyed the stoyline but what really made it for me was the narrartors inflictions, The cheeky character came through so well in the tone of voice supporting the words, this made the characters so much more relatable.
The story flows really well, and includes pockets of humour that draw you into the book.

The best, steamiest grumpy / sunshine romance!
Logan Lewis is a popular college water polo player. He seems to have everything except a passing grade in chemistry and that is jeopardising his sports scholarship. He’s been told Theo Reign is the best science tutor on campus but Logan isn’t expecting the pushback he gets when he asks for help. Theo hates jocks and he thinks if he stipulates that Logan sleep with him in exchange for each tutoring session, that that will persuade Logan to look elsewhere. He’s shocked and appalled when Logan agrees. Logan may be straight, but he’s never backed away from challenge and he’s not going to start now!
This was not only insanely steamy, it was one of the best grumpy / sunshine romances I’ve ever read—the chemistry was off the charts and Logan’s positivity and humour were absolutely brilliant! I loved Logan’s GFY journey and how committed he was to puzzling out Theo’s closed off nature. I also loved the secrets each man withheld and their slow reveals. This is my first Cora Rose book and I’m now committed to discovering more of her stories. 🎧 Nick J Russo channeled Logan’s fun personality perfectly and Iggy Toma always portrays angsty souls like Theo superbly—both great choices for the characters they voiced!

Always love Cora’s books! Enjoyed both narrators. Loved Nick as Logan, definitely portrayed him well!

Different take on the story - study for benefits
It’s always a bit tricky when the main character is the hottest guy in school and falls head over heals with a nerd who says they are not attractive.
Good fun story, very easy, good spice!

Fun listen
It read a little young, which is understandable for a college story but it was fun to listen to, Logan is a great character . I’d like to listen to the next book about his brother who we met this book.
