Life changing!

I wish this was the first thing I’d been given after my first adrenaline rush!! The science behind them gave me an ahah moment…and you can’t argue with science! Made me worry less instantly and be ready to sit with anxiety when/if it presents itself again. Also saying yes to all the events I was starting to shy away from but usually love. Reclaiming my adrenaline! Thank you so much for this knowledge.

The best

Wish i had found this book earlier. It’s the most straight forward explanation of anxiety and how to turn off the threat response, which basically what anxiety is. Such a nice changing investment and it’s not long either. Do yourself a favour and get this. It’s already helped so much days later.
