Pronunciations
This was really good! I suppose the only thing was that some of the same names were pronounced differently than the way they were in Deals with the Demons series, which kind of took me out for a second.

Great Pace and Storyline.
This book takes place after the finish of the Deals with Demons series. You do not have to read those books to enjoy it but the series does fill in the back story and helps with recognising the characters and their roles. Like this series this book is paved very well and has lots of action in it. It continues Evie and Kyla’s quest to fulfil the deals made when Danica was saving Samael from the curse of the three and is the start to Evie’s and Nathaniel’s love story. The story ends on a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting to read on. The narration is excellent with very well done voices for the characters. Overall a great and truly enjoyable listen. ‘Unbroken Magic’ here I come. I need to know what happens next.

Fantastic start to the series
Curly girl with attitude a’ plenty! There is a lot to like about this book. The magic, world building and paranormal elements are well worth a dive into, and if that doesn’t convince you then the slow burn romantic angst is simply delicious.
