weird ending! i still dont know who did it!!!

finished suddenly with only 2 of the 3 mysteries/storylines in the book solved. ive listened to the last chapters 3 times...but still I'm left up on the air. is there a chapter missing? how did they do the last belly bomb while they were in custody?
