Publisher's Summary

Making maturity fun again!

Dr. Faith explains the fundamentals of adulting in this expanded version of her mini pocket zine.

Spoiler: None of the requirements are about having certain jobs, kids, possessions, and debts or being totally bored and stressed out and hating your life. It's hard work to do adult stuff well but the kind of work that's satisfying because it's about being good to yourself and other people and building a life you're okay with waking up to every day.

Keep these hot tips around for when you're making big decisions, dealing with difficult situations, or to give to a friend or kid who's making any kind of big life transition. The truth is, adulting is way more fun than kidding. You got this!

Heart in the right place

Lots of Americanisms but the topics, advice and ideas are valid and helpful. More councillors should write books.

Fun and Informative

From "don't be a d*ick" onwards, it's a light, practical read on what you can focus on to 'adult' more effectively. In its essence, it's about taking care of self, accountability, and being mindful of yourself, values and communication.

Best short self helpbook

Short and punchy enough to keep my focus. Condesnded important advice for people who grew up without an adult coping tool kit

Relatable, funny and satisfying

It felt great to hear about frustrations and struggles overcome, and joy found so similarly to my own. I had more energy and a more positive outlook on life after listening to this book.
