Read it twice
Absolutely love this book. Listened to it once for myself and also shared with my partner and listened to it again. He enjoyed the book too and it gave us both a deeper understanding and why we sometimes tend to get in to conflict and how to solve it quicker

What a revelation!
Aliso was funny, witty, easy to understand and I had one light bulb moment after another. Yeah, as she said now I know I am not crazy:). A must listen for everyone who wants to understand more about us human animals.
