Publisher's Summary

Lucien (Lucy) Minor is the resident odd duck in the bucolic hamlet of Bury. Friendless and loveless, he is a compulsive liar and a weakling. When Lucy accepts employment assisting the majordomo of the remote, foreboding castle of the Baron Von Aux, he meets thieves, madmen, aristocrats, and a puppy.

Thus begins a tale of polite theft, bitter heartbreak, domestic mystery and cold-blooded murder....

Epic book

Undermajorodomo Minor is a gripping tale that will resonate with anyone who has experienced the challenge of change and adapting to new surrounds.

Part drudgery, part whimsicality: the book brings the reader on a moving and satisfying journey of love, loss, and ultimately growth.

The characters are all brilliant and individually memorable, and the exquisite narration brings them each unique life.

The jips and quips of DeWitt will tickle your brain in just the right way. Read it !
