About this listen

"Like distant drums, a musical tune, the rain, it fell, from dawn 'til noon. Bigger now, the puddles grew, like large lagoons, so dark and blue. But hidden in an acorn shell, two tiny bees not feeling well. For bees can't swim, they're not like frogs, they're not like fish or ducks or dogs."

Despite Mother Bee's constant warnings about leaving the tree without her, Perk and Bing sneak out to play in the rain. As the puddles begin to grow, the frightened bees are carried off in an acorn shell. Luckily, Fish and Frog take notice and take action, as Mother frantically searches for her little bees. Join Perk and Bing on their wet and wild adventure as they try to get back home to Mother Bee and their sticky tree.

Fun, flowing rhyme will keep children cheering on the two little bees and their friends.

This enjoyable yet cautionary tale will help children see the importance of following safety rules and remind parents to never look away.
