Well now it all makes sense!
A great book and should be a staple in your spiritual library. All these 'feelings' are suddenly put into perspective when you start to understand that the Twin Flame journey is one of the paths on the journey of Ascension. I’ve decided to re-write this review because since reading this book, I’ve started on a path towards reality creation which is all about manifesting. The concepts revolve around the idea that ‘everyone is you pushed out’.
This book helped me understand that the energy that I put into believing in my Twin Flame, brought that idea into reality very strongly. That connection became so intense to the point where I was feeling pain in my body that was not mine (I was transmuting my Divine Masculine counterpart) and I could feel him in telepathic ways.
Since reading this book, and going more into manifesting in general, I’ve come to a place of peaceful knowing and have chosen not to romantically pursue the man whom I thought was my original Twin Flame. I interpreted this book as a ‘omg I’ve found my one and only one true partner. Thank goodness I won’t be alone in this world’. It romanticised this longing and lack mindset and I really wanted to let go and learn to love in a healthier and abundant way.
The techniques that are described in this book are great tho! And help you realise, regardless of whether you believe in or are invested in Twin Flames or not, the very real truth is that you MUST love yourself deeply first, and make peace with those parts of you that you don’t think are worthy of love and kindness. This book will help you understand that you need to surrender, heal, and love yourself from within and embody unconditional love. It also sheds light on how the Divine Masculine processes his own ascension path, which is more internalised and withdrawn. If you are confused about why you are magnetised towards a certain person or just can't make sense of a relationship that causes you pain, but simultaneously expands your consciousness, give this book a read, and be open minded. Go onto other books tho, like Joseph Murphy, to understand reality creation, so you are not tethered to this idea of ‘the one’. I feel like that is where people can interpret this book as a bit cult-like, because it comes across as a group of very intense people connecting over their idea and definition of the one and how to manifest it, when really you just need to realise your power as a divine creator and in doing so can bring whatever reality you wish to come forth forward. You create your fate. When I understood this at my soul core, I called in another life partner or what could be called a ‘twin flame’ and the depth and love from that relationship became the healthier reflection of me, loving me. Just an honest review, where I wanted to share my journey and vulnerability with people who may be on the same path and be looking for resources to give them clarity.
