The second book in The Goddess Isles series has left me unsure about Sully. He’s my least favourite male character I have read and hate he’s yes/no personality. It’s alienating me for feeling anything for him and wish Elanore would just turn her back on him and Pepper find another male character for her to end with. Sadly if the third book doesn’t redeem him or offer someone else for a fierce and great Jinx character, I’m not sure I will continue to read this series. I’ve loved all of Pepper’s other dark romance series so I’ve got everything crossed that the third book will be the turning point.

This book is edgy and very dark, it is still sexy and all the feels a good dark romance book should be. I really enjoyed it!

Constant repetition - Get to the point!!

Every chapter is on repeat and I'm hanging in there with hope of the story moving a little forward...
