finally, a sensible model for running and growing any type of business
Traction describes a complete process description and implementation sequence for setting up a business for success. Wish I'd read this 20 years ago. Having undertaken this journey indeoendently I can vouch for the process.

Magic. Read it twice and implementation now.

Great content, but unsurprisingly boring
You can't really make this stuff too entertaining, so I agree with some other reviews that say the book could've been a pamphlet. HOWEVER I've started doing a few of the things they suggest, and I don't think I would've started them if they hadn't been repeated to me over and over again over the space of a week.
Oh wow wait a sec..... I bet if I go back and count, they repeat all the important bits at least seven times 🤔
Anyways the system sounds awesome for me, I love organised systems and every chapter just sounded exactly how I WANT to run my business but I just haven't gotten around to it. The system has given me a check list of sorts to tidy up my system and I love it. I think I'm all in, we'll see how the first few things work out...
