About this listen
As the pit fighters face new threats and old enemies, the arena will be awash in blood, in the fifth volume of this thrilling fantasy series.
Goll quickly realizes he may have killed one opponent too many when he confronts the wrath of a dead gladiator’s stable in a slew of blood matches. Outside the Pit, Brozz fights for his life and Borchus finds refuge with an old friend.
Struggling to recover from his wounds and seeking a purpose, Halm of Zhiberia discovers that giving up a pit fighter’s life isn’t as easy as it seems . . . nor is it his decision alone. And in the west, a monstrous enemy makes itself known—and positions itself to strike at both the games and Sunja’s heart.
Perfect for fans of Gladiatorand A Game of Thrones!

Absolutely Awesome Book 5
All books the series are awesome, this is book five of the awesomeness, Keith C Blackmore the author who brought you the phreakingly awesome Mountain Man series turns his a total awesomeness 180 degree and produces the series 131 Days. This story from book 1 is full of Blood, Snot and Gore, yes, yes all three. It's Spartacus meets Gladiator meets John Carter. John Lee is awesome as the narrator, the characters and story he brings to life with mucho gusto, there's comedy, suspense, tension, despair and even a love story thrown in for good measure. Will they live will they die, who can tell in the arena of death yes you read it, I said death and lots of it, read the gruesome butchery that abounds as they say in the coliseum of death.
