Beautiful story from beautiful person
I’ve been a fan of Myf’s for a long time and it was just so wonderful listening to her life story in her own words from the woman herself. I laughed and cried and thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice to know the person behind her tv personality
I love Myf on Spicks and Specks. This was a great read made better as it was narrated by Myf herself. What a journey she has made to get to where she is today. Lots of laughs and some tears too.

A very easy listen with some great tales and lots of laughs.
I throughly enjoyed listening to Myfs book. It was very easy to listen to. She has some excellent stories and delivers them really well.

Now I’ve Had The Time Of My Life, after reading this.
Gorgeous memoir. Identified with a lot!(well not the interviewing Beyoncé!) love the dagginess, keeping the ultra cool real. So easy to see why Myf is loved by so many and how she has deserved such an incredible life.

I’ve never felt this way before
A great listen. Whilst somewhat older than Myf the memories and experiences of my life and it’s similarities were brought to mind.
A fab mix of tales well told. Loved it thanks Myf.

Sparkling
Took me back to growing up in the 70s and 80s. I wasn’t imagining it. It really was like that!! Honest. The good energy, positivity and vivacious of Myf comes through and is life affirming and inspirational.

Loved it
Being a five foot nothing ‘older’ professional female, I’ve always been a fan of Myf. I loved listening to her story and would highly recommend it to everyone. I laughed out loud and cried at times. Please write more
