Publisher's Summary

This is the tale of the coming of age of a young man who desired to serve his country after World War Two but was too young. It demonstrates the patriotism of a different era. Brian joined the Merchant Marines at the age of 13 so that he could serve his Great Country. Quickly, his resolve and determination catapulted him into success after he retired from 20 years in the air force. Brian was happy but not complete. He just couldn't meet the right woman. Then, he met Lily.

They "had it all" by the standards of the world. Yet, beautiful homes and cars could not fill the void which tugged at them. Eventually, Lily found the answer. Many years passed as they loved their lives and each other. Like most couples, dealing with life, changes and sacrifices pulled at them. They were forced to move from places they loved as the aging process demanded their attention. At the end of his life, Brian must decide if, due to tragic losses, he should even continue to live.

This coming of age story is set in Abaco, Bahamas. If you have ever dreamed of island living, Till Heaven Then Forever provides a glimpse. Spend time on this beautiful island with people who understand all that it provides from long walks on the beach to private swims in the turquoise water. Island hop to the surrounding cays and lagoons as you marvel at sunsets and white, sandy beaches without leaving the security of home.
