About this listen
When Tilda Finch is diagnosed with invisibility, she's not overly surprised—she's felt invisible for years. She has a good life and a successful business called This Is A Sign, selling inspirational quotes on merchandise. But she's never really recovered from her divorce. Or, if she's honest, her childhood. Tilda's past has taken a toll and she's lost sight of herself. Now, with the possibility of completely disappearing, she must face the trauma of her past and rewrite the way she perceives the world, and herself. Along the way, she meets a blind man who sees her more clearly than almost everyone in her life…
Entertaining, hilarious and poignant, Tilda Is Visible addresses the power of our thoughts and how childhood trauma shapes our adult experience. For fans of Toni Jordan and Liane Moriarty.

Intended or not the the likeness to perimenopause was a wonderful metaphor. The exploration into self quite a journey.

Profound
I really liked this book. It had a lovely story. But more than that, it is a story, full of little vignettes that most of us can relate to. As a woman in a similar age bracket as Tilda, I can thoroughly relate to all she went through. Invisibility is a thing. And it’s a self imposed issue. This story has motivated my journey of self discovery, self reliance, self responsibility and self healing. Thank you to the author.
The performance was great too.
I’ll be looking for more audiobooks by both the author and the narrator.

This book is amazing, highly recommend it for anyone going through self esteem issues or peri menopause. At times we all feel invisible.

Self help book with fiction story wrapped around it
Worth listening and most women will appreciate many points made and discussed. However the main character’s arc was to fairy tale in her journey. All the same it was entertaining, made some great observations. I recommend it to any woman who has ever felt invisible .

Brilliant
I laughed, cried and pressed rewind. This is so good, I've listened to it twice. A clever way to show the reader how to change their minds, and life.

Perfect !!
Loved the humour, the depth of all the character’s & Tilda’s journey. I haven’t read a perfect book in a while & I usually shy away from self reflection style books but Jane Tara does it perfectly with a balance of humour & emotion. Loved it 🤩
