About this listen

For sure change can be scary, remaining static more so! Us humans are creatures of habit and the thought of contemplating doing something absolutely outside of our usual experience is seldom the easy option. You don't have to. Simply being the best version of who we are is what matters, without having to go and conquer the highest mountains. Sometimes the smallest steps can feel to us like mountains to climb and yet when we take that step and then another towards our goals we are conquering our own mountain every single time! And how great is that?

Quite literally all that is needed is a shift in our awareness of what can really be brilliantly possible from life, then consciously choosing to go out there and make that possibility our reality. This simple shift in mindset makes the difference.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Audible acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
