Welcome to the life of a junior doctor: 97-hour weeks, life and death decisions, a constant tsunami of bodily fluids, and the hospital parking meter earns more than you.

A must read for anyone thinking of becoming a Doctor
Absolutely fantastic. Hilarious, sad, insightful. Anyone who reads this will have a greater respect for Doctors and the work they do. I think this book should be a mandatory requirement on the booklist for all Year 1 students studying medicine at University.

His sense of his situation and the delivery
Enjoyable listen hard not to burst out laughing loudly quite a few times. Also a sad reflection on the strain to both personal and professional life in the public system
